We can supply small batches of manufactured springs.
BSS supply raw material to a wide range of steel spring manufacturers. This enables us to offer advice on choosing the correct grade and production method.
For those without manufacturing capability, it can be difficult to source the parts in small batches, as many of the larger spring producers require substantial minimum production numbers.
BSS can help.
Being part of the Fernite group, we have on site laser cutting, blanking and forming facilities, enabling us to produce your parts.
We have many years of experience, so if you do require small amounts for prototyping purposes, or for niche markets, we can solve your problem and make spring parts from your drawings, or samples.
